meaning linked by fine lines blotting…
“I feel you”…read as the pen pushes its point into her skin…
“I see you”…as the ink bleeds through her pores…
“I hear you”…as the sound of the words tap as they cover her nails…
under the faucet she places her hand…
warm water carries the words through her fingers…
she places her second hand in a cuplike design as she catches the liquid from under her skin…
places the skin covered cup to her mouth…
words dripping from her lips …as she drinks from the written words of her heart…
