about the books poses a question that is answered best by understanding the process…my poetry is written from a place somewhere within me that i have not yet labeled…most of my writings wake me in the night…i may go to sleep after a stimulating story... a life experience.. an observation... or an interesting song and begin to think about it as i rest…when i wake i usually have a feeling that is followed by an image…the words flow out like liquid and when i am done i usually put down my pad…wait awhile… then read the poem back to try and figure out the meaning…
so… what my poems are about… is a collection of thoughts and images that my mind is not willing to let rest…
